3. No Guarantee of Acceptance or Outcome

- Acceptance by airlines

- Entry into a destination country
- Absence of delays caused by third parties
Final acceptance decisions are made by airlines, veterinary authorities, customs officials, and destination governments. We are not responsible for decisions made by these third parties.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging Pearl Lemon Pets agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about their pet
- Disclose relevant medical, behavioural, or travel-related details
- Ensure pets are fit for travel as certified by a licensed veterinarian
- Follow timelines and instructions provided during the relocation process
- Supply required documentation within specified deadlines
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, additional costs, or inability to proceed with relocation.
5. Veterinary and Health Requirements
All pets must meet veterinary and health requirements applicable to international travel. This may include:
- Vaccinations
- Microchipping
- Health examinations
- Export health certification
Pearl Lemon Pets does not provide veterinary services and relies on information and certification supplied by licensed veterinary professionals. Responsibility for veterinary accuracy rests with the client and the attending veterinarian.
6. Travel Crates and Equipment
Where required, pets must travel in airline-approved containers that meet international handling standards. Crate requirements are determined by airline rules and pet specifications.
If a crate is supplied or arranged through us, it is provided based on information supplied by the client. Pearl Lemon Pets is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect measurements or undisclosed pet characteristics.
7. Pricing, Fees, and Payment
All pricing is provided based on information available at the time of quotation. Fees may vary depending on:

- Destination country
- Airline availability
- Documentation complexity
- Optional services selected
Prices may change if requirements change or if additional services are requested. Payment terms will be communicated separately and must be met according to the agreed schedule.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
