Bonnie oversees the planning and coordination of international pet relocation from India. From the initial assessment through to airport handover, she manages travel timelines, airline requirements, and destination country entry conditions to ensure each relocation follows the correct sequence.
Her work involves reviewing pet details against export regulations, confirming eligibility for overseas travel, and coordinating flight options that comply with airline live animal policies. Bonnie works closely with documentation and logistics teams to maintain consistency across every stage of the relocation process.
Throughout the relocation, she remains the primary point of contact for pet owners, providing clear updates and ensuring expectations around timing and requirements remain aligned with regulatory conditions.
Saurabh – Documentation and Compliance Lead
Saurabh manages export documentation and regulatory compliance for pets travelling overseas from India. His responsibilities focus on ensuring that all paperwork meets Indian export requirements, airline acceptance rules, and destination country import conditions.
He reviews veterinary certificates, vaccination records, microchip verification, government approvals, and airline documentation before travel dates are confirmed. Accuracy is treated as critical, as even minor documentation issues can result in check-in refusal or customs delays.
Saurabh also monitors changes to international pet travel regulations and applies updated requirements to active relocations, reducing the risk of non-compliance during export or arrival inspections.
Deepak – Logistics and Airport Operations Coordinator
Deepak oversees logistics and airport-side coordination for international pet transport from India. His role centres on managing crate compliance, airline check-in preparation, and coordination with cargo handling teams at departure airports.
He ensures travel crates meet airline size, ventilation, and labelling requirements before pets are presented for check-in. Deepak also works with airline ground staff to confirm handling procedures align with live animal transport standards.
In addition to departure operations, he supports arrival preparation by coordinating documentation flow and customs readiness, helping ensure pets are prepared for inspection and clearance at destination airports.
